Group Therapy

Find Confidence, Comraderie & Support

Group Therapy is designed to help a group of individuals who are struggling with similar life issues. Group therapy for children and adolescents are often conducted with children who are close to the same age range, and group therapy for adults typically focus on the issue at hand such as anxiety or depression. Some groups are “open” and some are “closed.”

Open Groups

Open groups are on-going therapy groups and members can join whenever they choose and leave when they choose.

Closed Groups

Closed groups last for a certain period of time (ex 12 weeks) and once group therapy begins, new members cannot join the group and must wait for the next group cycle.
