Why Brown Life Light Psychology

Brown Life Light Psychology was founded on the principle that everyone has the potential to become the person they were always meant to be before the world told them who they should be.  It’s easy to lose sight of who we are when we experience trauma, betrayal, abuse, and grief.

At Brown Life Light Psychology, we are here to help you find the person you were always meant to be so you can live your life authentically and with your full potential. We will meet you exactly where you are in your life’s journey, and help you release all of the expectations, poisonous memories and limiting beliefs that do not belong to you.

Through this process, you can awaken your own life light, and unapologetically live your most authentic life.

Dr. Brown is an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and combines it with hypnotherapy and talk therapy to help her clients. She focuses on treating clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, and problems in their relationships. Dr. Brown also uses hypnotherapy to improve sports and work performance, increase self-confidence, assist in weight loss, and reduce insomnia and anxiety.
